Blurb:

Climate change met nuclear war, and humanity lost. The corporations stepped in, stripping governments of power. Civilization didn't end, but it became less civilized.

There are few rules as corporations jockey for position and control of assets and markets. My Review:

Libby is an assassin, burglar and a hacker among other things. Need some dead? Need someone to steal a priceless piece of jewelry? Need someone to hack into your enemies’ computer? Then Look no further Libby is just the girl you are looking for. She can do all of this and then some for a price that is. Libby is very selective in her clientele she only works for the one who is willing to pay her price.

Libby is hired to infiltrate the drug world to find out where a very popular drug that is very powerful and killing lots of people fast and now someone wants her dead when she gets a little too close for comfort. But Libby is a strong girl and is very good at what she does and will not let anything stop her from trying to save people’s lives.

While Libby is kick-a$$ kind of girl she also has a heart of gold and is always trying to help people that really need help and can’t help themselves or not without a little help to get them started in the right direction.

When I read the summary for Chameleon Assassin I knew I had to read it. After I started reading I soon realized that Chameleon Assassin was not what I expected at all. But that did not take anything away from the book at all if anything it adds to it. I really and truly loved the world that the author created in Chameleon Assassin.

I loved all the strong characters and plot twists. I also liked her choice in men as well even though one of them did turn out to be a shady character. There were quite a few hotties in Libby’s world. One of the hot guys was Wilbur Wilberforce aka Wil. He was like her body guard/partner while she was investigating the drug Luvdaze. And then there was Ron Calderone whom she dated on occasion; he ran the locale funeral home. Both guys are very handsome men but I would have to say I am #TeamWil.

If you like reading murder, mystery and action filled novels then you are going to love Libby and her little world. She is one tough, witty and very strong little lady who will not only have you rooting for her but she will also have you laughing your head off at times too. This has been one fantastic road that Libby has taken me down and I can’t wait to read what Libby just might get into next.

Author Bio:

I made silver and turquoise jewelry for almost a decade, ended up in nursing school, then took a master's in business. Along the way I worked in construction, as a newspaper editor, a teacher, and somehow found a career working with computers.

As to my other interests, I love the outdoors, especially the Rocky Mountains. I've skied since high school, with one broken leg and one torn ACL to show for it. I've hiked and camped all my life. I love to travel, though I haven't done enough of it. I've seen a lot of Russia and Mexico, not enough of England. Amsterdam is amazing, and the Romanian Alps are breathtaking. Lake Tahoe is a favorite, and someday I'd like to see Banff.
