Genre: Vampires, Fae, Demons, Paranormal

Blurb:

From the USA TODAY bestselling series Vampire Girl, comes the next book in the saga: MIDNIGHT STAR

I was an ordinary girl, living an ordinary life, until I sold my soul to save my mother. Now, I am forced to choose between my heart and my conscience.
Either way, someone I love will die.

My Review:

We are back with Ari and her seven prince of Hell. In Vampire Girl #1 Ari entered into a contract stating that she would spend a month each with the seven princes and at the end of the seven months she would then pick the one she would marry and become the Queen of Hell. In the first book Ari spent her first month with Fen the prince of war. She was supposed to spend the next month with one of the other prince but she was kidnapped and taken away to find out some things about herself that she did not know. After she learns the secrets about herself and what it means and what she must now do she is taken back to spend the next month with one of the seven prince.

Ari is one tough cookie she can battle and overcome whatever is thrown her way to protect the ones she loves. Ari has a big soft heart and wants to protect everyone. She wants to keep everyone alive like the vampires, fae, shades or whoever. Ari loves them all and wants no harm to come to any of them. She believes that there is peace to have one way or another. But war is coming and there is nothing she can do to stop it. Can she protect the ones she loves and keep them all alive and safe? Can she keep herself alive?

Ari finds herself wanting more and more to be with the prince of war, Fen. Whenever she is with him her body does things that she is not accustomed to. Fen is one hot dude and a very caring and loving person for a prince of war or at least from what you would think one would be that is. He is always there for Ari whenever she is in trouble. He is there to help rescue her quicker than you can blink an eye. Ari would do anything to save Fen but she is also finding that some of the other princes are not what they first appeared to be either. They are turning out to be a lot more in their hearts as well.

I just love Ari’s personality and character. I love how strong she is and will stop at nothing to help someone else. I love how she sees vampires, fae, shades, humans or whoever as all the same and wants to protect them all. She sees them all as one! She is one amazing person and she can get inside almost anyone’s heart and rip a big hole in it and have them eating out of the palm of her hand. And Yami oh I have no words for Yami at the moment except to say he is so adorable. Who is Yami well read the book and find out.
Oh and I can’t say how shocking and amazing and how much I loved that ending!!! I think you guys rocked everyone’s world with that ending!!!

If you love vampires, fae or just a good book then I highly recommend the Vampire Girl: Midnight Star but I would suggest that you read Vampire Girl first that way you know what is going on in Midnight Star but more so that you can have the chance to read two wonderful and amazing books.
