Welcome to Little Raven: an unsullied, beautiful woodland hamlet in the heart of the Midwest. The sort of place where furry creatures romp about and spend their days bursting into song.
Actually, that's a giant pack of lies.
Little Raven is a town…for witches.
And some of those witches might have bent the rules. A teensy bit. When six magical miscreants dabble with black magic, they end up together at Incantations, the town's rehab center for witches gone awry. It's a slap on the wrist for naughty witches. Pretty much a daycare center so they don't wander off and start turning people into newts on a whim. Each witch must work through her addiction to black magic, and follow the tenets designed to lead them back to the path of the straight and narrow, as boring as that sounds. Even if following the tenets sucks worse than a group round of kum-bay-ya. Which sucks. Horribly.
We will admit we are powerless over magic-that our lives have become unmanageable.
We will make a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of the Goddess as we understand Her.
We will make a searching and fearless moral and magical inventory of ourselves.
We will admit to the Goddess, to ourselves, and to another being the exact nature of our magical wrongs.
We will make a list of all persons or beings we have harmed, and become willing to make amends to them all.
We will make direct amends to such beings whenever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
We are entirely ready to bow before the Goddess and have Her remove all our defect of character, even at the risk of being entirely stripped of our magic.
But this is just the start. There's something rotten in Little Raven, something that seeks to take all the magic it can, and devour the inhabitants in the process. It will take the strength and power of all the witches to defeat the darkness seeping into their town, beat it back, and be rid of it forever…and maybe just make it through rehab while they're saving the world.

And here is an excerpt from A Diary Full of Names

"What can I do for you fine gentlemen of the law?" she asked, pulling the sleeves of her cardigan down. Her eyes never left Bear's, but his didn't leave hers either. Die's ears strained to hear his voice, if he would only speak.
"We received information pertaining to the unlawful peddling of confiscated and magical goods, Ms. Lovelace," the stocky officer said. The annoying twang and the way he pronounced her name "Luv-Lace" as if it were two words immediately put him on her shit list. "It is my understanding that you are not to be practicing magic of any kind, much less mixing up potions of the love variety. Am I right or am I wrong?"
Die forced a smile, though she wasn't sure if it was kind or not. "I have no magic." She lifted her hand to finger the amulet at her throat. "I was fitted with this collar to make sure I didn't use anymore magic. Whatever I've mixed up for these women is nothing more than a few herbs." There went her payday. She heard the women gasp. Likely, they would tell anyone they knew and the truth would spread through the small town like a fire in the middle of summer. She wouldn't be making anymore potions for these people. Luckily, all sales were final.
"Be that as it may-"
"A girl's got to make money somehow. Why don't I mix you up a sleeping potion, hm? Judging from the bags under your eyes it's been a while since you got a good night's rest."
Why wouldn't the pretty one speak? It wasn't like she was going to invite him in and have her way with him. She just wanted to hear him talk. Obviously a native around these parts, she knew that his voice would be like silk. If only he would part his full lips and-
"I don't think so, Ms. Lovelace, but I appreciate the gesture. No more selling, or I'm going to have to report you."
Die finally rolled her eyes and let the sweet girl act slip.
"Get the fuck out." Die stepped to the side and motioned to the women. "Just get out."

Idalia and her girls hurried out. Idalia made eyes at Bear, who smiled back politely, but he didn't bother to say anything. Sensing the snub, Idalia huffed.

My Review:

I received a free copy of the book from the author for my honest opinion.

A Diary Full of Names By Tyffani Clark Kemp

Dierdra Lovelace. Die, had to spend time in rehab for sabotaging and selling a few love potions. Die was just abiding her time in rehab. You know doing what they wanted or expected until she could get out and then continue on her way to the dark side.

But she never intended on meeting Bear; a man who could see right through her. Could see right into her soul and knew that the real Die was hiding in there somewhere.

A Closet Full of Demons By Miranda Stork

Catherine had started using black magic when someone she was very close to and loved a lot ended up dead and Catherine blamed herself for it. After becoming addicted to black magic she decided to go to rehab in a little town called Little Raven which was only a hole in the wall kind of place. Her rehabilitation was to take place at Incantations is a clinic for witches who have been bad little witches. She was drawn there by a very strong dark energy that is full of evil things that she knew she should not touch.

While in Little Raven Catherine meets a very kind and loving man; Jorolf who doesn't care about what she has done in the past all he cares about is what she is doing now. He doesn't care about how she looks all he cares about is the person that is inside of her the real Catherine and he has plans on getting his hands on that person.

A Cauldron Full of Goodbyes By Cynthia Valero

Eight years ago Trista's mom walked out on her and she never saw her again. Trista had just found out she was a witch or that she had magickal powers. With her mother walking out on her Trista didn't trust anyone not even her own self. But she met a woman that taught her what she wanted her to know about magick. The only problem with teaching was the fact that she only dabbled in black magick. This woman used Trista as well as others as her pawns to do her will. These people were innocents who didn't know any better and had never had anyone to teach them any different. This woman took care of them or so that is what they believed.

But once Trista grew up and started feeling and thinking for herself and listening to her own heart she realized what this woman was doing was wrong and that she was hurting other people. So Trista got so fed up with her that she did something that as a witch she should never had done. When she was caught and punished for her crimes she was sent to Incantations in Little Raven for rehab. Hopefully there she could find out that she was and what kind of person she was and she could learn to trust herself as well as others.

A Trunk Full of Peril By Tara S. Wood

Circe was a girl with a lot of hurt and deep pain inside of her but you could see it on the outside to some extent with the things she did to her body. Circe wouldn't let anyone get inside her heart she kept it closed off. If anything or anyone tried to get in she would like shove it way down deep inside of her and make her heart hard and each time something or someone tried to get in she would just shove the feelings down deep so that it would make her heart harder. She was hoping and believed that no one was capable or able to break through. She was tough cookie inside and out. Circe lost something very dear and close to her heart and her way of dealing with it was to harder her heart and lashes out at everyone she came in contact with and pushes them as far away from herself as possible.

A Basement Full of Secrets By J. A. Howell

Gertrude Von Dressler, Gertie had always been a loner never having any friends. Ever since she was a little girl Gertie always had a great big heart and loved animals. Whenever she found an animal she wanted to save it, fix it. Gertie had the power to bring animals back to life. All of the kids at school were always picking on her for playing with dead things.

She finally got herself a friend when this new guy moved down the street from her and he liked Gertie, liked her a lot. He would walk with her to school every day and then he would wait for her after school to walk home with her. Gertie tried ignoring him at first thinking that he would go away and leave her alone. But she finally realized that he wasn't going anywhere and accepted that he liked her and was her friend. Then one day Mason came over to visit with Gertie and to tell her that he was leaving tomorrow. His father was being transferred to Germany.

Gertie missed him for many years until one day he just showed up at her door. He was on his way to college in the States and wanted to stop by and say hello. They both figured out that they had been in love with each other all of the years that they had been apart and was still in love.

But when Mason is in a bad accident Gertie does something that she is not supposed to do and lands herself in group sessions at Incantations with other witches like herself that have done things that they are not supposed to do. The people at Incantations are there to help them face the wrongs that they have done and help them to be better witches.

A Suitcase Full of Revenge By Elle J Rossi

Robie Miller fell in love at a very young age. She fell hard and fast and when this dude left her it ripped the love right out of her chest. She had no love left for anyone not even herself. She hurt so she wanted to make others her too. She dealt with that hurt the only "she" knew how and that was by lashing out at the very people she cared about. She thought there was no one left alive that gave a crap about her. They all just wanted to hurt her too.

All Robie wanted was to get away, leave to find her freedom. When she set one too many fires her family had her put away at Incantations. Incantations was an institution or asylum like place, a place where they were going to help Robie get better. But Robie soon learned that there was more to Incantations and the secrets hidden behind its walls and she has every intention of finding out what those secrets are and putting a stop to them.

A Photo Full of Justice By All Authors

Die has been summoned to Incantations. Who, what or why she has been summoned back; Die has no answers to any of these questions. She is weak and sick. She is down to crawling on all fours. Someone is trying to take her magic. She finds out that whoever it is also wants all of the other witches magic as well.

All of the witches that were in the same group sessions together; Die Catherine, Trista, Gertie, Circe and Robie have all made it back to Incantations. They are in the meeting room trying to figure out what is going on there and how to put a stop to whatever it is. Poor Die is just getting sicker and sicker.

Trista has a plan to try and stop whoever it is that is trying to steal their magic.

Circe goes to Wren a friend of hers to get and make the potion they are going to need to fight the dark magic that is going on at the clinic, Incantations.

All of the witches goes into the woods and stand in a circle of salt while Gertie summons the one who is trying to take their magic from them. They want to stop him from taking their magic and anyone else's' that he wants.

Robie with the help of all the other witches called back the person who was trying to steal their powers and trapped him in a picture and then she burned the picture. The picture she trapped him in was a picture of her father and one of the many women he had cheated on his wife with for many years. The person who was trying to steal their powers was strapped to the bed while Robie's father had a ball thingy in his mouth while his woman friend had a strap on and a whip.

I have loved reading every one of the stories in Rehab is for Witches. I have fallen in love with all of the characters well with the exception of a few of them. I loved hearing Circe talk. I loved all of the things that came out of her mouth. She always had a witty comment no matter what anyone said. She was hilarious. I loved how each and every one of the characters felt about things and people and how strong they felt it. They loved as hard as they hurt. I hope that we get to read more about all of the witches and their boyfriends about their new lives and how they deal with it. I can't wait for the next book or more books. All of the six authors that wrote Rehab is for Witches did a fantastic job writing about their witch and having their stories weave in and out of the other stories. That is absolutely amazing! I am delightfully enthralled ladies!

About the Author-
Tyffani Clark Kemp might be the quietest person in the room, but that just means she's probably the biggest freak too. She is a multi-genre author with a gift for the written word and a desire to help all Indies reach their full potential. In 2012, she and her best friend Kimberly Fudge started SideStreet Cookie Publishing for authors who want to remain independent, but don't have the time or the knowledge to do it all themselves. From the age of eleven she dedicated her life to writing and making sure she was good at her craft. Now, she passes that knowledge on to others. Her friends would describe her as determined and giving. She may be quite, but she always has a story to tell.
