My Review:

Murder at High Sea is a fun and cozy mystery story about an all-girl band. Doris, Rosemary, Margie, and Patty Sue, known as the Delta Queens, landed a year-long tour singing aboard the Ovation, a cruise ship. The ladies hope to seize the opportunity to revive their musical careers and grab one last shot at fame and fortune.

But their career may be over before it starts. A member of their crew is killed in an accident behind the stage. The girls want to call the police but the captain is dead set against it. The girls begin to wonder if the death was an accident or if the guy was murdered. What is the captain hiding? Why does she want to keep the guy’s death a secret?

With the captain not wanting to report the accident, I began to think, like the ladies, that maybe it wasn’t an accident after all. But if it wasn’t, who would want to harm someone, and why?

Murder At High Sea is a story about The Delta Queens first time trying to solve a case. Murder At High Sea also introduces us to The Delta Queens and gives us insight into who they are and how they began their careers.

Murder At High Sea is full of suspense and mystery that kept me racing to the end to see whodunit I can’t wait to read more about The Delta Queens!
