My Review:
I received a free copy of the book from the
author for my honest opinion.
Nightfall is back trying to save the world
and everyone in it no matter what it cost her or if she loses her life she is
determined to save every living soul. But this time we get to see things from
Nyx’s pov and learn more about who he is and where he came from and why he has
the attitude that he does. You learn why he has a chip on his shoulder. When
you read his story you can’t help but to like him and know that he is not such
a bad person and that he actually has a heart of gold.
Nyx is back to help Nightfall to learn and
help her to know what she needs to save the world from all the evil. Nightfall
and Nyx both try to make everyone think that they are bada** but they are not.
But they can give you a run for your money though.
Nightfall wants to be the best fighter now
and to know what all she needs to know to save all the people now and she would
like Nyx to tell her what she wants to know now. But Nyx has his own way of
teaching her. He wants her to figure things out on her own so that she will
know them and never forget them again. If she figures out what she needs to do
all on her own then she will be so much better. She will be a better and
stronger superhero. Nightfall has to learn patience if she is going to beat her
enemy.
I loved reading things from Nyx’s pov and
getting inside his head and heart to find that he just maybe a great big ole’
teddy bear. Night of Nyx was a great in between story to read until we wait for
the next book in the series. Hopefully it will tide us over until the next one.
I can’t wait to read more about Nyx, Nightfall, and Scarlett. I can’t wait to
read more about their adventures and watch Nightfall learn and grow to mature.
