The 4 pillars that helped me feel more confident and sexy in my postpartum body than I ever have before. Also, the emotional and soul bits that must be in place in order for the higher led journey to make it’s way in the physical and manifest positive results.
Interview with Dr. Nadia Rizzo ND
What was the hardest scene from your
book to write?
Nobody has ever asked me that before and it’s
a difficult one to answer. I suppose the truth lies in my meeting
with publisher which took place nearly one and a half years before
getting the book onto the market. I had the bare bones- the physical,
the diet stuff, the “what to do” and she said, “do you want
this to be THE book?” I replied, “yes.” She told me, “you’re
not going all in.” She sent me off to add more. I didn’t know wat
she was really talking about at th time to be honest. I sat weekly,
only for 25 minute sessions and it all poured out. The heart, the
emotion, the soul, aka the actual point. So, anything that wasn’t
part of a nutritional guideline, I suppose, wasn’t necessarily hard
to write but was definitely being safe guarded by fear and ego. It
was so healing to share it.
Why did you choose to write in your
particular field or genre?
The point of Eat Your Way Sexy isn't just food.
It’s emotional, it is spiritual, it is the essence of being. It’s
me sharing my journey, through one of the most trying
times of my life, and coming out transformed and better than before.
Healed. Whole. Closer to God. Clear on my true self. I don’t know
that that fits into a particular genre.
What did you enjoy most about writing this
book?
Being able to share my truth and knowing with
absolute conviction that it was going to change so many lives and
touch so many hearts for the better. It was me doing my part to help
lift the vibration of humanity.
What book that you have read has most
influenced your life?
A Course in Miracles. There is no author. If
you are familiar with it, you know why that is.
Tell us a little about yourself? Perhaps
something not many people know?
I’m a little quirky, like iI laugh at my own
jokes kinda quirky.
Can you tell us something about your book
that is not in the summary?
It
isn’t just a manual on diet or weight loss, it’s a message that
came though me as a means to get closer to
God/creator/source/divinity.
