My Review:
Outlast is the fifth book in the Apocalypse series by authors Hayley Anderton & Laura Swift. Outlast drew me in from the first page and never let it go not even when the last page was read.
I was drawn into its world as my world disappeared. I was drawn in by the zombie fighting and by all the characters fighting the zombies. I love zombies and can’t ever seem to get enough of them. The more I read about zombies the more I want to read. I never seem to get tired of zombies.
It is Christmas time in the zombie apocalypse, the first Christmas to be exact. Everyone is excited about the holiday. It gives them something to look forward to as well as something to go on living for and fighting for another day and to hopefully keep their mind off all of the zombies that keep coming and knocking down their walls. The zombie horde is getting deeper and deeper on the wall. Can they save their home before the zombies knock it down?
In the meantime, they are still trying to keep everyone's spirits up by playing secret Santa. We get to see lots of zombie fighting as everyone takes turns going out on supply runs and shopping for secret Santa. The kids are all excited about Santa. Will Santa make it this year? Or will the zombies get him? Can they save their home in time for Santa?
