My Review:

I guess you are wondering why I am doing a review of a coffee maker on a book blogging site. Well it is in my experience that most book lovers love to curl up with a good book as well as a good cup of coffee so I thought I would let all my readers in on this fantastic coffee maker by Hamilton Beach. I didn’t want to keep this little gem all to myself I wanted to share it with all of you so you could have your coffee and your book too.

I have been searching for the most perfect coffee maker for well over ten years and I believe I have finally found it. The Hamilton Beach 12-Cup Digital Coffee Maker, Stainless Steel is the best coffee maker I have ever used. Here is a list of all the things I like/love about this coffee maker:

I love the swing-out brew basket with release button! I just pop the button the basket swings out which is real good if you are short like me. There is a sticker on the front of the coffee maker where the brew basket is that I have not removed, I like it, and well it says that it simplifies your morning, that ain’t no lie! It definitely simplifies mine by making the coffee making experience a more enjoyable one and easier.

I also love the removable water reservoir! Yes just remove it, take it to the sink fill it up and return it to the coffee maker. No more pouring the water in the back and spilling it.

I really, really love the spill proof spout on the carafe. I have always had some trouble when pouring coffee in the cups with it spilling and running all over the counter but with the spill proof spout that has not happened.  

I love that it will turn itself off after 2 hours. You can also program it to come on at a specific time.

This is the best coffee maker ever! I cannot sing it’s praises loud enough. You get a fresh brewed cup of coffee that immensely enjoyable to the last drop.

My Review:

Ever since I was introduced to permanent filters a few years ago I have never wanted to go back to a paper filter. So after having decided on the coffee maker I was going to buy I knew my next purchase was going to be a permanent filter for it. A permanent filter just makes your coffee making experience so much more pleasant.
