Blurb:

Wraiths are escaping hell. Isn't that dandy?

A mysterious clan of warlocks is behind it.

Wraiths are the demented spirits of dead vampires.

Why would anyone draw them out of vampire hell?

These ghosts don't just go bump in the night... they aren't out for blood, either...

They're sucking souls.

Human. Vampire. It doesn't matter.

They'll draw the life-force out of anything that has breath.

Nothing I've tried is working. None of my spells phase them.

How can I kill these wraiths and send them back to hell?

If I don't figure it out soon, they'll drain life out of every living creature on earth.

ABOUT THE BLOOD WITCH SAGA (SERIES)

I'm Hailey Bradbury: Hedge Witch and Vampire.

My sire was staked moments after I was turned.

As a youngling, the Voodoo Queen took me in. She taught me her art.

I've been working with the new Mistress of the Vampire Council.

She trained me in the ways of vampirism, the path of the night.

Witchcraft + Voodoo + Vampirism = what I call bloodwitchery.

Most witches won't mess with the power latent in blood.

It's dark. It's dangerous. But if you can master it...

You can harness the power of life itself.

Wraiths and Warlocks is the seventh volume in Theophilus Monroe’s expansive Blood Witch Saga.

Hailey Bradbury was only sixteen when she was turned seven years ago. She might be a young vampire—but she’s an accomplished badass witch. After all, only the most daring of witches dabble in blood magic.

Readers of Monroe’s Legacy of a Vampire Witch, Voodoo Academy series, or The Legend of Nyx, have encountered Hailey before. Now, she has come into her own. She may be a member of the Vampire council, her mentor might be the Voodoo Queen, but no one tells this blood witch what to do. Devils and Dragons is an action packed Urban Fantasy with a dose of closed door Paranormal Romance.

My Review:

Wraiths and Warlocks is the seventh book in The Blood Witch Saga and let me say that has been a pleasure to step back into this world. A world filled with all sorts of paranormal creatures. Like witches, vampires, werewolves, demons, and oh so many more. I love how they all live in the same world together but that does not mean that they always get along.

I love Theophilus Monroe’s writing style and how he brings characters from other books into the current one. That is so brilliant and amazing to me, how he keeps them all separate.

The magic, the humor, and bringing in characters from other books are what keep me hooked and coming back for more. I am always on the lookout for anything written by Theophilus Monroe.

In Wraiths and Warlocks, wraiths have been released upon the world. These wraiths come in to suck the life out of humans and vampires alike. They don’t care one way or another. All they care about is if they are alive in one fashion or another.

Hailey is back with a few newbies and her crew to help stop these wraiths from sucking the life out of everyone. Someone has released these wraiths on the world. Who would do such a terrible thing? Why would they release such evil upon the world? Well, that is what Hailey and everyone else are trying to find out and put a stop to.
