Book Two in the DS Regan Carter series.
A fast-paced crime thriller in which Regan Carter screamed.
There comes a time when everyone knows if they’re in over their head. This is DS Regan Carter’s time.
Bradshaw, high up in the OCG, is planning something that’ll net him £4M, but will cost a lot of lives. When it happens, everyone is numbed and shocked.
Regan Carter and DC Gypsy Storm are determined to bring Bradshaw and his men down. One man stands in their way: Eric Clements is a psychotic murderer who isn’t as dumb as they’d hoped. Eric narrowly avoids becoming one of Bradshaw’s victims, and in his haste to prove his loyalty, vows to kill Regan, and Regan still doesn’t know when to walk away.
Regan and Gypsy outwit Bradshaw and think they’ve struck gold in finding him. But instead, they find themselves trapped in a corner, and waiting for them is Eric Clements.

My Review:

The Dark Arches drew me into its story from the first page and never let go. It starts with action and keeps on rolling with it page after page.

The Dark Arches kept me in the dark, chomping at the bit to figure out what was happening. I would think I had it all figured out, and then another twist would pop up, and I would be like no way, I did not see that coming.

The Dark Arches was a thrilling read from the beginning. The scenes were so well done that I could picture everything I was reading in my head. While I was reading The Dark Arches, several TV shows kept flashing through my mind.

The heat was so intense and had me racing to the end not that I wanted it to, no not at all. The Dark Arches is the kind of story you want to go on and on.

DS Regan Carter is in trouble this time around as someone is hot on her trail and wants to end her. Or stop her as she is a problem getting closer to stopping them than she knows.

There were quite a few gasping scenes that had me worried I didn’t know if everything was going to be ok or not. I couldn’t have stopped reading at this point if I had wanted to. No sir, life would have to wait this time.

One minute I would think I knew which direction the story was going in and what was happening then the next thing I knew things were turned on me and once again I had no clue where it was going. I was right back to trying to figure it out.

Grab a copy of The Dark Arches today and join all the action!
