My Review:
Keeva Tee has just turned fifteen and is about to make her
journey to the camp to meet her life partner. She has been trained for this day
since she turned five. She is kind of excited about this big day in her life
but at the same time she kind of nervous because she doesn’t know who her life
partner is or what kind of person he will be. Will they be happy together?
Once she arrives at the camp with her two best friends and everyone
is waiting to meet their life partners, Keeva is so enthralled by everyone
around her meeting their life partners and being imprinted that she doesn’t
realized that she has not been imprinted yet. When she finally does she notices
that she is not the only one they are a few others waiting with her. Once she
realizes this she is afraid because now her worst fear is upon her. She is an
anomaly. No one ever talks about anomalies openly they are only talked about with
whispered voices. No one seems to know what happens to them but one thing they
do know is they are never seen again. Keeva is afraid but she is determined to
live and live she will if it takes every ounce of her strong will.
Keeva must now find out who she truly is so that she will
know her enemy and how to fight and win if she wants to live and save the lives
of all of her new friends. After she escapes with her new friends she will be
put through trails and test to find her true self so that she will know her
enemy. She also seeks the truth in all of humanity, she must know if there is
more than what she can see.
Keeva is a very quick learner and is a lot stronger than she
ever knew. But is it enough to win against her one true enemy, the man that is
in charge of the planet, a one world government or is he truly a man?
Anomalies is a fast paced read with some strong, awesome characters
with an amazing story. I really and truly loved the world that the authors
created in Anomalies. There is more than one story and more than one lesson to
learn in Anomalies if you open your mind and let it in. If you like dystopian
stories then you are going to fall in love with Anomalies. I not only recommend
Anomalies because of the great story it has to tell but the lessons that is to
be learned as well. I can’t wait to follow along with Keeva and everyone else
on their next journey. Well at least I hope there will be more Anomalies in the
future. Oh please say there is.
