Published: October 26, 2017
Publisher: Solstice
Genre: Science Fiction, Time Travel

Blurb:

Maya Smock gets inside of a time capsule and travels back to 1944 Germany. A Nazi doctor forces her to meet his superiors, proving to them all that his invention works. Hitler studies Maya like a laboratory rat at his Eagle’s Nest and then introduces her to the Reptilians. She plummets deep into the hollow earth. Will she ever get home? Only Maya’s next novel can show her friends how to get her back.

As Operation Chrome expands, General Andreas steals more babies. He believes that he is saving them from an extraterrestrial agenda connected with World War II. The hybrid babies have grown.

They are here. They will take what is theirs.

My Review of The Sequel:

After almost dying Maya Smock climbs into a time traveling machine with no clue as to where she may find herself when she gets out. Deep down is probably concerned if she will make it out alive or in one piece. When the time machine stops Maya finds herself in Germany during WWII.

Maya is taken to Hitler’s Eagle’s Nest where he studies her in a lab like a rat and introduces her to these alien creatures that are called Reptilians. The Reptilians try to play nice with Maya telling her all about the home they have made for themselves in hallow earth and about their involvement with Hitler.

It doesn’t take Maya long to figure out that the aliens are not as nice as they are making out to be and she must figure a way out before it is too late. Even if she does manage to escape the Reptilians then she still has to find a way back to the time machine and then she will have to figure out how to operate it. Can Maya figure out how to operate the time machine? Will Maya get back home?

The Sequel takes us from 1944 Germany to 1970 to 1980 and into present day but not all of it is through time travel some or most is through time lines telling each characters story and how they all intertwine.

I really and truly love reading Dina’s books they make you think. I am a big conspiracy theorist so when I read Dina’s books it puts my little brain in over drive and expands my thinking process and opens it to a whole new world. The worlds that she creates are over the top and the code as I am calling it that is woven into each one is astronomical. All I am saying is that if you read between the lines so to speak you might just find that her stories are not too far from the truth. Who knows, right?

We have The Best Seller and The Sequel so what is next Dina? I have loved traveling with Maya, Jay, The General, Lori and the aliens from one time to another and can’t wait to read more of their traveling adventures and the aliens. Who is Maya?

If you aliens, time traveling then let me suggest that you give The Best Seller and then The Sequel a try. The Sequel is just another best seller that you don’t want to miss out on.

Guest Post:

The Vril Society, a secret society in which Hitler and his top officials believed in, was made famous by an old book, The Coming Race (1871) by Edward Bulwar Lord Lytton.  The book is about an underground world of aliens that use a power source called Vril.  The aliens call themselves the Vril-yas and have special powers of healing and telepathy.  The Vril-ya were also descendants of Atlanteans.  Hitler linked his Aryan ideology around this race of aliens.  The Coming Race was considered a 'cult-classic' among occult elite circles of Europe.

Still today, there is little evidence about the Vril Society that Hitler made so famous.  Some believe it never existed.  Others believe it was the precursor for the Thule Society.

The Vril Society used mediums such as Maria Orsic to channel aliens before and during World War II.  She and the other mediums were women who grew their hair as long as they could, believing the hair helped communicate with aliens from other planets.  She and the other mediums received futuristic technological blueprints for super-weapons.

No one can argue that Hitler and his engineers were ahead of world in terms of their air program.  Were extraterrestrials helping them?  After the war, some say that Maria Orsic and her followers took a flying saucer to another planet. Others say she and other Vril members took up a residence in Antarctica.

Does the Vril Society exist today?  I had a very difficult time finding an answer one way or another.  There are links with the Black Sun Society, Albert Pike (American Freemason), and the Theosophical Society, but no proof of the group's continuation from Germany.

The Best Seller and The Sequel fictionalize some of the occult linked with Hitler and his Nazi Party.

Interview with Dina Rae

Can you tell us a little bit about the characters in The Sequel?

My main character, Maya Smock, is a best-selling writer who lands in WWII Germany while time traveling.  She is an extraordinary woman-part human, part alien.  Hitler becomes interested.  Another character, General Andreas, has a story line that explains more about hybrids.  He has mixed emotions on some of the United States’ secret programs after WWII.  Glenn Lucasek, a celebrity who runs T.A.H. (They Are Here) Institute is kind of like the CEO of SETI or MUFON.  His time travel breakthrough has problems.

Can you tell us a little bit about your next books or what you have planned for the future?

I am currently writing a futuristic novel about what America could become due to corruption and fake news.  The book is mostly for entertainment, but also will serve as a warning.

How long would you say it takes you to write a book?

The beginning takes forever-maybe three/four months to write the first fifty pages.  After I get the story line going, I’d say it takes a few more months to finish it up.

What is your favorite childhood book?

I loved The Stand (Stephen King), Children in the Attic series (VC Andrews), Great Gatsby (F. Scott Fitzgerald), and The Scarlet Letter (Nathaniel Hawthorne).  As a little girl, I loved Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland.

If you could spend the day with one of the characters from The Sequel who would it be? Please tell us why you chose this particular character, where you would go and what you would do.

I would love to spend the day with Glenn Lucasek, the CEO of the T.A.H. Institute.  Glenn runs this secret alien research facility.  The institute is built inside of the Ruby Mountains and works as a museum, observatory, genetic laboratory, and even a TV show set.  I would have Glenn show me all of the evidence that proves alien existence.

What was the hardest scene from The Sequel to write?

The epilogue was the most difficult.  I knew what I wanted to do, but had a hard time articulating it.  It took several rewrites to get it just how I wanted.

What made you want to become a writer?

I love a good story-books, movies, TV shows, all of it.  It has been a dream of mine for years.  I am grateful that I carved out the time to pursue it.  Seven novels later, I am still challenged by the craft.  It has yet to get old and stale for me.  Writing a story has a magical quality to it.  Sometimes the plot and the characters come to life.

Just for fun

(a Favorite song: So many, hmmm….It’s Christmas time so O Holy Night-love most versions, especially Tracy Chapman.

(b Favorite book: Angels and Demons, Dan Brown and Brave New World, Aldous Huxley

(c Favorite movie: Chicago, Fallen, Angel Heart, The Notebook, and Devil’s Advocate.

(d Favorite tv show: That’s easy-Game of Thrones.  Also loved Sopranos.

(e Favorite Food: Everything!  Really love cheesecake, pizza, and nachos.

(f Favorite drink: Love flavored Perrier and Shamrock shakes.

Also love Gaia.

Thanks so much for visiting with us today!

Thank you so much for having me!
