Consumed by Fire: An Urban Fantasy Novel
Blood and Magic Book 5

Genre: Romance,

Blurb:
What doesn't kill you…
Better run for its friggin' life.
'Cause now I'm pissed.
Aria Naveed's life has been better, but at least she's still
above ground. Her business is in shambles, her best friend is missing, and
she's babysitting a woman who recently tried to kill her.
Mondays, right?
When she discovers her missing friend has been kidnapped,
she needs to spring into action to save him. But a witch has prophesied her own
death if she even tries to help.
Thing is, no one tells Aria what to do, even witches.
...especially witches.
My Review:
I fell in love with the Blood and Magic series with the
first book Cursed by Fire. I love all the characters. I like all the action and fighting there
is enough that will keep hanging on and coming back for more. Aria knows how to
kick butt and can and will take on any opponent no matter if they are vampire,
shifter, witch or pysker. Mess with anyone she loves or cares about; then she
will come after you and make you wish you had never been born.
Consumed by Fire is a very short read but it is filled with
so much action and magic that it flowed along like a full length novel. It will
take your attention away on the first page and not let go even when you are finished, no the ending will leave you wanting more. Consumed by Fire leaves you with a
big cliffhanger but that is what makes a book or author great.
When an author can leave you hanging and wanting more; then
that is a brilliant author. The bigger the cliffhanger the more you want to
read the next book. Speaking of which I can’t wait for the next book in the
series to see where it takes us next and to see more kick butt action.
I would recommend Consumed by Fire to all fans of the
paranormal with vampires, shifters, witches, pyskers and a whole lot of magic.
