My Review:
I loved how The Unrivaled’s Witch starts out in 980AD with
Arthur and Rebecca, a wizard and a witch are in a cell and about to die and
then we are whisked away to present day and the same couple is in Rebecca’s
shop. At first I was trying to figure out who these people were. Like are they
the same two people from 980AD or are they completely different people?
When Rebecca first sees Arthur she doesn't know who he is
but she knows one thing and that is he is hot. When Arthur touches Rebecca he
gives her some of her memories so she will know who he is and the minute he
does Rebecca’s heart starts to warm up to Arthur.
Once I figured it out I was like yeah reincarnation,
soulmates. Arthur and Rebecca along with their friends are all reincarnated and
have lived many lives as the same people and in each life they were in love
with each other, always. Life after life Arthur went in search of his soulmate.
Arthur wants to be with his soulmate and has a choice to
make to be with her or continue to serve the Order of the Unrivaled. A dark
wizard is hunting Arthur and if he doesn’t make his choice soon it may be too
late. What will Arthur do? Will he continue to serve the Order of the
Unrivaled? Will he choose his soulmate? Will he even get to make the choice?
Will this dark wizard take it from him?
The Unrivaled’s Witch grabbed me from the beginning and didn’t
let go until the end. I love witch stories and The Unrivaled’s Witch surely
didn’t disappoint me in the least. I can’t wait to see where this series goes
next.
