Blurb:

Alexander Kain has been through hell. For centuries, torture, bloodshed, war and living in the shadow of a powerful father have haunted his every dream. Born to die in the place of another due to an ancient pact, he has resigned himself to isolation to wait for death's sweet embrace. Everything changes when a young woman - a hybrid; both vampire and lycan - arrives beaten and left for dead at his doorstep.

He couldn't have known that saving her would lead him down a twisting, winding road. One filled with old rivals longing to settle a score, former lovers of a bygone, taboo past or an unlikely alliance with the monsters he fought during centuries of war.

The dark god who tortured Kain disappears, his methods and plans unsettling. He must come to grips when his past if he is to survive. However, unlike the loneliness he once knew, Kain falls in love with the woman he found naked in the woods.

A love that just might be what he needs to put the ghosts of his past to rest.

Read what people are saying about Blessing of Luna.

"This book has such a unique take on shape shifters and vampires. It was very interesting to see this world unfold and see how things work. The romance piece had a great slow burn appeal." -- Amazon Review

"I really enjoyed this tale of shifters and vampires. I was surprised with it. I thought it was going to be like any other werewolf story, but I was wrong. The characters were different and entertaining." -- Amazon Review

My Review:

A dark God keeps after Alexander Kain to follow him but Kain refuses. Kain is dying a slow and painful death because of an ancient pack made by another. Kain has given up on life and resigned to spending the rest of his remaining days alone. Until the day he finds an unconscious and naked woman alone in the woods.

This woman Tala's pack was attacked and to her knowledge killing everyone with Tala barely escaping with her life. Tala was sent to find Kain's pack for help.

Tala has an instant attraction for Kain but is too shy to let him know. I really liked how shy she was but then in the end I liked how she let him know how she felt. I also loved how Kain revealed to Tala that he wanted to court her. It was so sweet.

With a dark God on his tail Kain all but gave up on life until this wonderful beautiful woman walks into his life and gives him the reason he needs to fight once again.

Bane of Tenebris pulled me in from the first page with all the mystery between its pages that kept me turning said pages and had me so enthralled with all of its secrets. Bane of Tenebris is a very intense and beautifully written story. Once I picked it up I couldn't put it down.

I highly recommend Bane of Tenebris to all fans of werewolves, lycans, and vampires.
