No one is safe.

While searching for the HelixB88 anti-serum on the black market, Ava uncovers valuable intel that may help the rebels in their fight to bring down ISAN—the location of a hidden facility. But first, the insurgents must find the female citizens unexpectedly displaying powers without use of the Helix serum before ISAN captures them.

As the rebels join forces with other sectors, ISAN plans their destruction by using someone they don’t suspect at the rebel home base. A traitor within.

Now, Ava must make a dangerous decision, one that could risk their capture—or worse.

My Review:

Ava, Rhett and the rest of the gang are back and still trying to find a way to take ISAN down. Ava and Rhett use disguises and fake identities when they go out in order to stay hidden from ISAN as they are hot on their trail. Ava and Rhett are searching for the HelixB88 anti-serum on the black market.

They find a group of girls/women who are being kept against their will. The women are being held because they can use their special abilities without the HelixB88 anti-serum. ISAN would love to get their hands on this group of women as well. ISAN want to use the women for experiments.

Secrets are revealed and betrayals are unlocked in Genes as Ava, Rhett and the gang try to stop ISAN. Genes is an intense and compelling read that will have your attention from the first page right up until the end. It will pull you into its depths for a thrilling ride. The characters are all so amazingly wonderful people whose stories will jump off the pages right into your heart. Ava and Rhett are made for each other. Their love for each other is one to behold.

I love the International Sensory Assassin Network series. Each book just gets better and better. I can’t seem to get enough of these characters and the world that was created for International Sensory Assassin Network world. Mary knows how to pull you into the worlds she has created and make you feel as if you are right there with all the characters as they make their way through each and every battle as they take us closer and closer to the end which just so happens leaves you wanting more. I am anxiously awaiting the next book in the International Sensory Assassin Network series.

I highly recommend Genes to all science fiction and dystopia fans. One click your copy today!
