My Review:
The Curse and the Cradle is the seventh book in Theophilus Monroe's Druid Detective Agency series. I enjoyed reading The Curse and the Cradle, and like the six books before it in the Druid Detective Agency series, it drew me deep into its world the moment I read the first page.
The suspense kept me hanging on as I waited to find out all I could about Elijah and Emilie’s baby as it made its way into the world and what would come after. As they wait for the baby to make its appearance in the world, Elijah, Merlin, and everyone else race against the clock to save their baby and the world.
Elijah will do whatever it takes to save his family, as they always come first against everything else, no matter what the cost. Can Elijah save both the world and their baby? What will the cost be? What will he have to do to save their baby?
I love the world that has been created for the Druid Detective Agency Series and can’t wait to read more in this wonderful and amazing world. The battles and the magic and all the characters keep calling me back over and over.
