My Review:
Diana comes home one day to find her door standing wide open and her cat, Mr. Flooferson the Magnificent gone. Diana rescued Mr. Flooferson the Magnificent from the lab that experimented on animals. Mr. Flooferson the Magnificent was almost dead when she rescued him.
Diana loves her cat very much and will not stop for nothing or no one to find her cat even if that means selling her soul to the devil. But Diana is so much smarter than that as she will not let the devil manipulate her into selling her soul. Diana is a spunky little lady that can handle her own in a confrontation against Lucifer himself especially when it comes to her cat and her soul.
But the devil does make one little deal with her and that is that she has to take along this guy Darian, the son of a demon, an angel, and one hell of a woman, to help her find her cat. Diana has no choice in the matter of taking Darian along for the ride if she wants to keep her soul.
I love these Magical Romantic Comedy stories. What I really loved about Catnapped is the two main characters, Diana and Darian. Those two are as different as night and day but are so much alike in others. I love the way these two got along. I loved how Darian wanted to redecorate Diana’s apartment to suit his own purposes and how she stood up to him.
Deep down Diana has a heart of gold. The way I know this is because of the way she helped her cat overcome some of his PTSD of being experimented on in the past. And also because as a last resort kind of thing she is willing to make a deal with the devil to help her find her cat. I can’t wait for the next book in the Magical Romantic Comedy series.
