Interview with Angelica Clark
What was the hardest scene from your book to write?
I did not have any issues writing for each affirmation. It really flowed out of me effortlessly.
Why did you choose to write in your particular field or genre?
I wanted to focus on children because they are our future. I as an adult, I began speaking positive affirmations to myself and my kids as well as meditating and I saw the difference it made in my kids. I want to share that with all kids.
What did you enjoy most about writing this book?
The best part of writing is knowing that it is something positive and that it will help my readers and their parents.
What book that you have read has most influenced your life?
I would have to say the Bible.
Tell us a little about yourself? Perhaps something not many people know?
Hi! My name is Angelica Clark, I am 34, I have two beautiful girls, a toy poodle named Teddy P. and I am a children’s book author focusing on mindfulness and positive mindsets! I was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Not too many people know that I am clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient. I don’t consider myself a Medium though. I’m not ready for that!
Can you tell us something about your book that is not in the summary?
The thumbprint on the front cover is my own and the handwritten affirmations in the print are of my own, messy handwriting.
About the Author
Angelica Clark is a Louisiana native who holds a B.S. in Psychology and naturally found herself mentoring and uplifting others during difficult times.
She was born in Monroe, LA. She spent a few years in Baton Rouge, LA and a few more in Dallas, GA before making her way back home to Louisiana. She is the mother of two daughters, and one fine toy poodle named Teddy P.
When not writing, she can be found listening to music, taking a few selfies (or twenty), and eating her most favorite thing in the whole wide world. You’ll never know what that is until you buy your copy of the I Am Me Kids’ Journal!
