When you’ve lost everything, what’s worth fighting for?

Beneath the glittering stars of Pennsylvania’s Dark Skies, people are few and zombies fewer. Imogen’s faith in humanity—normally abundant—is shaken by the suspicion that a fellow survivor sabotaged their escape from the zoo, forcing her to leave her Iberian lynxes behind.

Reeling from his failure to save his sisters and girlfriend, Mike does what he always has: step up. Protecting everyone is easier said than done, however. Some people care only about themselves, and fractured by in-fighting, factions are forming.

As a threat beyond their isolated sanctuary closes in, Imogen and Mike know their divided group must unite to save themselves. If they don’t, the greatest danger they face might not be zombies but each other.

Steel City Apocalypse is a riveting post-apocalyptic thriller series with flawed yet complex characters and super-charged action. A zombie apocalypse survival series perfect for fans of Jonathan Maberry, Sarah Lyons Fleming, Baileigh Higgins, Christopher Artinian, and Zach Bohannon.

My Review:

Undead Sanctuary is the second book in the Steel City Apocalypse series and just as good as the first if not better. Undead Sanctuary kept me on the edge of my seat on more than one occasion. I found myself gritting my teeth at times when the zombies made their appearance. But you know zombies are not the only danger in a zombie apocalypse. Humans can be just as dangerous if not more so.

Imogen, Mike, and about ten others make it to their safe place, a cabin set high up in the mountains. Most everyone in the group pitched in to help out and do what they could when it came to all the chores but there was this one dude that always had to be told what to do and when. If no one said anything he just sat on his rear and did nothing.

The tension in Undead Sanctuary was so high at times I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. You never knew when a zombie was going to pop up. The suspense was unbelievable. I love the zombies in Undead Sanctuary as no two are exactly alike.

I love the twist that A.M. Geever has spun on these zombies. The zombies, action, and suspense are what keeps me hanging on for more. Well, not to mention the characters as they are all unique in their own ways.

I highly recommend Undead Sanctuary to all zombie fans! Grab your copy of Undead Sanctuary today!
