My Review:
Lady Reaper is in town for Purgatory's Annual Lust Festival. Myla has always turned down her best friend's invitation to come to the festival but not this year. No, Myla has heard that Lady Reaper was going to be there. Myla wants a piece of that action. Myla is going to take Lady Reaper out of the game.
Lady Reaper wants to take Cissy’s soul as she wants to control all the ghosts. But Myla has other plans for Lady Reaper. Besides Myla will never let anyone hurt her best friend or the ghosts. Cissy and Zeke are about to tie the knot. Myla is a little concerned over this matter as Cissy has put off marriage for a long time now.
Lady Reaper’s husband Grim is also in town helping his wife. Lincoln hears that he is in town and thinks he wants to hurt his best friend, Walker. Lincoln and Grim Reaper will battle it out while Myla and Lady Reaper have a go at it.
Can Myla save Cissy? Can Lincoln save Walker? The Reaper Games are on. It is a fight to the death. Myla against Lady Reaper and Lincoln against Grim Reaper. Who will win?
The suspense is astronomical. It will keep the pages turning. It will have you racing to the end rooting for Myla and Lincoln. Oh, and I have to mention Myla’s tail. I love the banter between Myla and her tail. I am always glad to see Myla’s tail get in on the action. I also love Myla and Lincoln’s relationship and their banter.
I love this series so much. I can never get enough of it. I can’t wait to read more about Myla, Lincoln, Cissy, and Zeke’s adventures in the next book Angry Gods.
As with all of Christina Bauer’s books, I can’t recommend Reaper Games enough. Grab your copy of Reaper Games today! I would recommend reading Lady Reaper before Reaper Games.
I would also like to suggest that you start with book one in the Angelbound Origins series as you don’t want to miss how Myla and Lincoln’s story began!
