A FRIEND FOR CHRISTMAS was a very cute and enjoyable read that touched my heart. A FRIEND FOR CHRISTMAS is a heartwarming, cozy read to read to your children during the holidays or any time of the year. It will teach them so much about facing their fears and that just because someone is different doesn’t mean they can’t be friends.
A FRIEND FOR CHRISTMAS is about a family of rabbits. The daddy rabbit goes out into the big scary world every day looking for food for his family. The daddy rabbit Robbie learns about Christmas and what it is. He learns that it is also a time for facing your fears and making friends. It is also the time of year when the big creatures celebrate by giving each other presents.
One morning while Robbie is out looking for food he runs into a cat. Robbie is afraid of the cat and runs home really fast. Rabbits have always been afraid of cats.
Robbie and his wife Rowena teach their kits that if they ever see a cat they must run real fast. But Robbie has to feed his family so he wakes up every morning and cautiously makes his way out the door, slowly, while looking every way for the cat.
I would highly recommend grabbing a copy of A FRIEND FOR CHRISTMAS today. A FRIEND FOR CHRISTMAS would make a great Christmas present for any child. And as you know Christmas is just around the corner.
