My Review:
A princess is about to be forced to marry a fae male. The princess is determined not to marry this fae male if it is the last thing she does. She wants to live her life the way she wants. She runs away and finds escape in another realm, the human realm.
There she must hide who she is from the humans. If she can’t keep everyone from finding out she is fae then her life will be in danger. Upon her arrival, she meets the most charming man. She falls for him instantly. Can she keep her new human male friend from finding out her secret?
Just as the princess, Elfyda is starting to enjoy her new life a fae guard from her world pays her a visit. He tells her that she must return home now as their world is being attacked by the Formorians. Can Elfyda save her world from the Formorians? Elfyda doesn’t know but she must try.
Claiming the Fae Crown is a short, charming, and sweet little story about a Fae princess who doesn’t want to be a Fae princess. She just wants to meet her prince charming. The question now is will she ever meet her prince charming, her soulmate?
Claiming the Fae Crown grabbed my attention from the first page and never let go. I was pulled into its world the moment I read the first word. I could see it all playing out in my head as I read. I enjoyed reading about the fae magic. I would like to see more from Elfyda and Ryker’s world.
