My Review:
I must say I truly enjoyed reading Bloody Merry the seventh book in The Fury of a Vampire Witch by one of my favorite authors, Theophilus Monroe. I have loved every book that I have read by Theophilus Monroe. The more of Theophilus Monroe’s books I read the better they become.
Bloody Merry was a very fascinating read that grabbed me with the first chapter and never let go until I had read the last page. It was fun to read about Cupid and his arrows and all his targets. His targets were vampires and witches too of course.
With vampires being involved not only did love sparks or was that more like lust sparks, anyways there were also more sparks flying as things tend to turn deadly with vampires fighting for the ones they are lusting after. The battles raged on as Hailey was called in to help take out Cupid and his buddies from hitting everyone with the lust sparks or arrows that is.
Oh, what a thrilling ride this one has been. The scenes the descriptions left were hilarious, to say the least. I could just see the arrows flying as they hit their marks. Hailey, Mercy, and everyone else had their hands full with trying to take out this little creature. Cupid’s arrows were leaving everyone with different feelings with Mercy being one of them.
I sorely enjoyed reading Bloody Hearts and can’t wait to see what the next book Bloody Moon in The Fury of a Vampire Witch series has waiting for us, especially after reading this one.
