In 1947, a gangster murders private investigator Raymond Adams. In 2011, he’s brought back to life for 24 hours to solve the supernatural murder of a Hollywood Adult film star.

When the son of a Pit Lord is murdered in Hollywood, the celestial beings in charge of the Realms ask Raymond Adams to figure who did it and find the victim’s missing soul. Without memories of his life, he accepts the case to gain eternal peace. But the job is daunting:

24 hours to nab a killer…
24 hours to find a missing soul…
24 hours to unravel the victim’s exotic private life…
24 hours to stop a plot to send the universe into chaos…

With only the help of a possessed cop and a medium, Adams must trek through a Hollywood underground filled with pornography, prostitutes, and sadists, along with supernatural monsters. But can he solve the case when his own haunting memories keep surfacing, telling him exactly what kind of man he was in life?

My Review:

Private Investigator Raymond Adams is murdered in 1947. Adams is brought back to life in 2011 to investigate the death of a Hollywood adult movie star. Adams is brought back by celestial beings in charge of the Realms to investigate the star's death as they believe his death to be of a supernatural nature. Adams is given twenty-four hours to find out who killed the movie star and to find his soul.

Adams's investigation takes him to the underground world of pornography, prostitutes, and sadists, along with supernatural monsters. During his investigation and his introduction into this new life, he discovers that life has changed a lot from 1947 to 2011. In 2011 Adams learns what kind of man or person he truly is. Adams's eyes and heart are opened to a whole new life.

The Absolution: Redux was written so vividly that I could just picture each and every scene as it played out in my head. I could see the looks on Adams's face as he walked into different places for the first time.

Absolution: Redux was slow to reveal its secrets as I raced to the end as I watched Adams looking for the murderer and the guy's missing soul. It kept me on the edge of my seat wondering if Adams was going to find the killer before his time ran out.

Absolution: Redux is a supernatural book but you know it also put me in the mind of one of those hard-boiled murder mystery novels. Absolution: Redux has plenty of action and suspense to keep the pages rolling and the adrenaline pumping.

I would recommend Absolution: Redux to all supernatural and or murder mystery fans. One-click your copy of Absolution: Redux today!
