MEAT BALLS
An
impressive bonus, to add to every recipe
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Waiting time: 4-6 hours
Serves Two
MEAT
1 cup walnuts
1½ tablespoons cold-pressed olive
oil
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
½ teaspoon rosemary
½ teaspoon Chicken Curry Masala
(herbal
poultry seasoning)
½ teaspoon paprika
a few drops Nama Shoyu or tamari
pinch salt
pinch pepper
VEGETABLES
¼ cup chives
1-2 mushrooms
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon red bell pepper
This is recipe 31... it's a bit of a
bonus, because you can always add meat balls...
Meat
In a food processor or high-speed
blender, blend the Meat ingredients until smooth.
Vegetables
In a food processor or high-speed
blender, blend the Vegetables ingredients to a rough mix.
Mix Vegetables with Meat and create
small balls.
Dehydrate on a stainless steel or
mesh sheet at 108 degrees Fahrenheit (42 degrees Celsius), for 4–6 hours.
Serve with your favorite Noodle
recipe!
