Captain Lee thought she had faced the most challenging trials the galaxy had to offer. She was wrong.

Now she’s on the stunning planet of Krozalia, a world on the brink of chaos following the failed assassination attempt on the princess and the rising of a lethal rebellion.

Alliances are crumbling, loyalties are shifting, and Leann has no intention of waiting for the results. Staying might cost her more than she’s willing to pay, but leaving was no longer as simple as jumping into space.

So when the rebellion leaders make their move, Captain Lee finds herself in the thick of it all—and to save those she loves, she’ll need to use everything in her power, including the forbidden technology she’s worked so hard to hide.

My Review:

I was very anxious to start reading Imperial Stardust, especially after reading the first book Splendor's Orbit in The MacLee Chronicles and I was not disappointed in the least. Imperial Stardust was every bit as good as Splendor's Orbit if not better.

The world-building is just incredible. I love the world that was created for Imperial Stardust. The characters all seem so real. The descriptions are very well done making it so easy to picture it all in my head as I am reading.

The many twists kept me hanging on page after page as I raced to the end to see where the story and the characters were going to take me. I couldn’t turn those pages fast enough as I wanted to know it all now. But at the same time, I didn’t want it to end.

Imperial Stardust picks up right where Splendor's Orbit left off. Captain Lee has made it to the planet Krozalia and the world on this planet is in chaos after the failed assassination attempt on the princess.

Captain Lee is in turmoil over what to do. Should she stay and help out the planet? Should she stay or go? That is the question she keeps asking herself. But Lee can no longer leave this planet without helping than she could probably cut off her own arm. Lee will do whatever she can to save the ones she loves.

I can’t wait to see what The MacLee Chronicles has waiting for us in the next book in the series.
