There are no safe spaces…
When Tess Porter agrees to pick up her boyfriend’s college pal at the airport on a snowy December night, she has no idea she’s about to embark on the most dangerous ride of her life. Two days later, the 17-year-old wakes up in a hospital with broken bones, and unable to remember how she got there. Her parents are acting strangely, and neither James, her boyfriend, nor her best friend Izzy has visited. As she struggles to physically recover, Tess wrestles with haunting questions: What happened? Will her memory ever return? and what if she’s better off not recalling any of it?

My Review:
He’ll Be Waiting is the best mystery thriller I have read this year by far. It pulled me to its depths from the first page and never let go. This has never been a truer statement. I literally could not lay it down for one minute. I read it all the way through in one sitting. I just had to know what really happened.
He’ll Be Waiting definitely kept me on the edge of my seat wondering, waiting, and trying to figure out just what actually did happen to Tess. The truth was very shocking I positively did not see it coming. He’ll Be Waiting kept me in suspense from the very beginning. I had so many questions from page one. I had this scenario all worked out in my head as to what happened but boy was I ever wrong.
He’ll Be Waiting is a slow-burn novel giving you a little bit at a time to hold your interest while building up for its explosive ending with all its twists and turns in between. He’ll Be Waiting is full of mystery and suspense to keep those pages turning right up til the end.
Liz Alterman just may be the next Stephen King. Liz’s writing reminds me of Stephen King’s writing. Liz gives you a little bit at a time building you up and up for the climax, you are waiting and waiting and just when you least expect it bam, she slaps you in the face with it.
I highly recommend He’ll Be Waiting to all those mystery-thriller fans out there and to anyone looking for their next epic thriller! One-click your copy of He’ll Be Waiting now!
