Blog Tour + Review + #Giveaway: Feather by Olivia Wildenstein @OWildWrites @XpressoTours

Feather
Olivia Wildenstein
Publication date: January 16th 2020
Genres: New Adult, Paranormal, Romance

It was supposed to be a quick mission. The only thing quick about it was how rapidly I failed.

With only a month left to earn her missing feathers, nineteen-year-old Leigh embarks on a trip to Paris to meet her newest project, twenty-five-year-old Jarod Adler, leader of the Parisian Mafia and the worst kind of sinner . . . a Triple.

If Leigh can get Jarod to accomplish a single act of kindness, she stands to win 100 feathers, more than enough to complete her wings and ascend to Elysium, the land of angels.

What she doesn’t count on is Jarod’s dark charm costing her feathers.

She’s dead set on saving him, and he’s dead set on destroying her.

Until he realizes destroying her wings is also destroying her heart.

A heart he longs to hear beat only for him.

A modern ROMEO & JULIET retelling featuring an epic sinner and the angel who’ll stop at nothing to save him. Perfect for fans of NALINI SINGH and BECCA FITZPATRICK.

My Review:

Nineteen-year-old Leigh is like an angel in training sort of as she only has one month to earn all of her feathers so she can ascend. To earn feathers Leigh tries to save people by getting them to do good things. Each person has different points attached to them according to their misdeeds. Leigh needs lots of points to receive her wings so she goes for a triple.

Leigh descends to Earth to try and convince her triple to do good which turns out to be harder than she thought.  Her triple has no intention of ever doing good again. He believes that he deserve everything that he is given. Can Leigh convince Jarod to do a good deed? Will she ever get her wings?

Leigh is very determined to earn her feathers and will do almost anything it takes to do so. Leigh has never failed to get someone to do good before. Leigh is a very good person with a very big heart and doing good comes easy to her while doing bad is not so easy. Trying to get someone to do good this time around may just cost Leigh more than she was willing to give.

Feather tells the story of how far one girl is willing to go to get what she wants. Feather is also a love story between two people, soulmates and of how far they will go to save the other, to make the other one happy no matter how much it would break their own heart and soul. It is a very sad and heart wrenching story that sings to the heat.

Feather is one book that I would highly recommend to all fans of love, romance, and angels.

Author Bio:

USA TODAY bestselling author Olivia Wildenstein grew up in New York City, the daughter of a French father with a great sense of humor, and a Swedish mother whom she speaks to at least three times a day. She chose Brown University to complete her undergraduate studies and earned a bachelor’s in comparative literature. After designing jewelry for a few years, Wildenstein traded in her tools for a laptop computer and a very comfortable chair. This line of work made more sense, considering her college degree
