Serve justice. Discover a secret. Find his daughter. Repay betrayal.
Jack Steel trains for the impossible, and it looks like it found him.

On a black op to neutralize terrorists, elite specialist Steel puts honor and integrity ahead of orders when he spares a monk. He just never expected his decision to put crosshairs on his back.

Hunted by a twisted killer, a vengeful billionaire, and the highest levels of government, Steel races to discover who's behind a conspiracy that will decide the fate of two countries-and why one monk is the key to it all.

Aching from a missing daughter, Steel finds it easy to fall for Christie, a beautiful counter-terrorism analyst who offers to help. But he isn't sure he can trust anyone.

To have a chance at love and a new life, and to serve justice, Steel just needs to stay one step ahead of a bullet…

My Review of Steel Force:

Jack Steel is a retired Army Major who has been asked to join a secret Blackhood Ops program to target terrorists. The program is called Blackhood Ops and was created as a way to keep their missions from being traced back to the U.S. military and the U.S. government.

Jack is still grieving the loss of his daughter Rachael who went missing about a year ago. Jack is doing everything he can to find her. His marriage is falling apart as well and I am not sure that their missing daughter is the whole cause for their breakup no I think some of it may be that Jack is away on missions for months at a time and a lot.

As Steel Force opens Jack is being dropped onto a lake with no idea where he is. Jack and his Blackhood Ops teammates assignment is to infiltrate the camp and leave no warm bodies behind. The command to leave no warm bodies behind doesn’t sit too well with Jack because some of the people in the camp are civilians.

So needless to say Jack compromises the mission by letting one of the civilians escape. Someone is not too thrilled that Jack compromised the mission so now wants Jack dead. Jack is on the run trying to find out who wanted those people dead and why. He also wants to know who is trying to kill him.

Steel Force is action packed from the first page. The action alone is enough to keep the pages turning. I mean every time Jack turns around he is killing someone if is not for the Blackhood Ops it is to protect himself. Who wants Jack dead? Why do they want him dead?

Steel Force reminds me of a few movies that I watched a few years ago, one is First Blood, another one is Predator but without the alien creature and Missing in Action. Yeah I am getting old. Steel Force reminds me of these movies because they are fighting with big guns and in a jungle like setting with lots of action.  I think Steel Force would make a great movie.

If you like movies like First Blood, Predator or Missing in Action, movies that are filled with lots and lots of action then you are going to love Steel Force.

*****
Revenge. Love. Family.
To protect their families, Jack Steel and Christie Thorton must become assassins.

Deadly Blackhood Ops specialist Jack Steel has moved on from his bloody past, but his past won't let him go. He has it all; his partner Christie, his daughter Rachel, a protection agency he's proud of, and his head on straight.

But it's all torn apart when a madman blackmails him and Christy. Their skills are pushed to the limit as they are forced to become assassins to save those they love. The Mexican cartel, terrorists, and people from Steel's past force them into a non-stop fight that they can't walk away from.

To protect his country, and everyone important to him, Steel will be forced to trust the very people he swore to kill.

And he might have to walk away from those he loves…

My Review of Steel Assassin:

Retired U.S. Army Major Jack Steel use to be a part of the Blackhood Ops secret program to target terrorist. The Blackhood Ops program was created so that their missions could not be traced back to the U.S. Army or U.S. Government. Jack left the Blackhood Ops program because he got tired of all the killing. Can you ever leave a secret government program?

Jack has his own business now a protection agency his girlfriend Christy and her brother Harry work for him. Jack, Christy and Harry are on a job protecting a woman as she gives a speech when her speech is interrupted. Harry and this woman are taken hostage.

Jack and Christy must become assassins if they are too save her brother and this lady. They are given a list of names and people they must take out. Steel Assassin follows Jack and Christy as they go around looking for these people and infiltrate their camps and when they do the killing starts and the bodies start to pile up. Neither Jack nor Christy wants to murder these people but if they are going to save the ones they love they don’t have a choice.

Steel Assassin opens with action and is non-stop from beginning to end. There is action on almost every page with enough twists to keep the pages turning. Steel Assassin had my attention from the first page. Once I picked it up I couldn’t put it down. There was a few times there when I thought it was all over for Jack and Christy it had me on the edge of my seat wondering if they were going to come out alive. I could just see them gun in hand as they were walking down the driveways or in the woods as they were coming up on these terrorist and taking out the guards.

I highly recommend Steel Assassin to anyone who loves a good mystery, suspense or thriller books with non-stop action and filled with twists after twists that will have you racing alongside the characters as each page is turned.

Read an Excerpt from Book 1: Steel Force

The sounds became louder. Christie resisted the urge to sit up. Eighteen inches long, the stunbrella gave her a four-foot reach. But since the rocks rose a foot and a half above her, even if the man stood a foot away from them she might not be able to angle her arm to strike him.

A whimper was trapped in her throat. She didn't want to die like this. In the middle of the woods, cold, wet, dirty. Injured like a sick animal. Not even knowing why. All alone.

The noise stopped.

She sensed he was close. From her earlier glimpse she guessed five-foot-eight, one-seventy pounds, mid-forties. Small for a Hawaiian. He might be easy to knock down.

Her choice was to either sit up and try to strike him or remain motionless for him to come closer. Unable to guess which was better, she didn't move. Her lips twisted when the man's dark-skinned face appeared above the rocks near her feet. Too far from her motionless arm. As he looked down at her, the barrel of his gun swung into view.
