BLURB:
What do Little Possum and Little Sweetpea get up to in the garden? This is a charming story with some facts about the two characters. Also, it engages young children with fantasy. Little Sweetpea teaches Little Possum compromise with a slight feminist twist!

My Review:
Little Sweetpea is a vegetable and she loves sitting in her little garden just basking in the warm sunlight reining down upon her and drinking in the water from her little garden.
Little Possum lives in a tree and he likes to eat vegetables. He likes to eat little sweet peas. One day Little Sweetpea spots Little Possum up in his tree she knows he is getting ready to come down out of his tree to eat her. Little Sweetpea wants to live just like Little Possum so she comes up with a plan. She calls up to Little Possum and asks him not to eat her.
Little Possum tells Little Sweetpea that he doesn’t eat only sweet peas he likes to eat meat too. Little Sweetpea notices a blackberry planet and picks one for Little Possum to try. She asks him to try it hoping that he will like it and if he does then maybe he will no longer want to eat her. Little Possum gives it a try and low and behold he likes it.
Little Possum and Little Sweetpea is a great way to teach children that even though people are different they can still get along and be friends. It teaches them that their way may not always be the right way. Or that what works for one may not work for someone else.
I would highly recommend Little Possum and Little Sweetpea to everyone! One-click your copy of Little Possum and Little Sweetpea today for a great adventure with Little Possum and Little Sweetpea!
