Blurb:
The enemy has learned how to replicate in the nanoverse.
His plan remains the same.
To usher in the next chapter of human evolution. To convert all of humanity into a digital species, inhabiting a digital world.
The government has fallen.
The resistance is in turmoil.
If I'm going to save humanity I have no choice but to destroy the nanoverse.
But can I do that without also destroying myself?
Nanowar is the fourth book in Theophilus Monroe's Nanoverse, an action packed dystopian sci fi thriller series. As a former soldier, suffering from PTSD, Brian Goff is not only a threat to the new system, but his very injury has given him control over the nanobots. Like Neo, in The Matrix, Goff is an unlikely hero whose "technomagic" makes him the the last hope for human liberty, freedom, and justice.
My Review:
Nanowar is the fourth and last book in the Nanoverse world by Theophilus Monroe and by far possibly the best one yet. Each book in the Nanoverse world is unique in its own way. Each book starts out with a blast and never lets up from beginning to end with never a dull moment in between. Once I picked up Nanowar I was just as hooked if not more so than I was when I started reading each of the books before it.
The world-building is spectacular in each and every book. The descriptions were vividly written making it so easy to see and imagine what was happening while at the same time having you wondering what was around the next corner. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough as each twist was revealed and left me wanting more. I loved the world that was created for Nanoverse and could easily read more.
In Nanowar, Brian Goff is still trying to save the world from Dr. Flat. Dr. Flat has stepped up his game by making replicates of himself in the nanoworld. By making more and more copies of himself Dr. Flat now has the power to draw more people into his world, a world that he has created, a world free from illness and disease.
If the people stay in the nanoworld long enough their bodies will die and they will have to stay in the nanoworld forever never able to return to the real world. The longer a person stays in the nanoworld the more addictive it becomes for them. I guess being able to create your own version of a perfect world for yourself is very seductive.
If Brian enters the nanoworld to try and get the people to leave the nanoworld and reenter the real world some of them or most of them will die sending the world into an apocalypse. Brian and the resistance are working hard to try and find a way to keep as many people as possible alive. Can Brian and his team keep the people alive? How many can he save? The answers lie between the pages of Nanoverse.
I highly recommend this addictive universe to one and all. One-click your copy of Nanowar today for a grand adventure to a new world!
