My Review:
In the land of Vesimaa, children are stolen from their families by a cruel emperor. The children are trained to be fierce fighters wielding fire magic. But before they are trained to fight the children are first experimented on giving them the fire magic. If the children do not use their fire magic correctly or effortlessly they are horribly punished by the commanders.
The children fight for their safety and the safety of their loved ones. They fight for the day they can be free from the emperor and can return home to their families. They also fight to free all the children that was been taken by the emperor to do his bidding.
There is plenty of fighting and battle scenes and fire magic to keep the pages turning. Once the action starts it never lets up. The characters and world-building are awesome. The descriptions of each scene were so vivid I could see each and every scene playing out in my head as if I was right there on the battle field myself watching it through both Pran and Oksana’s eyes.
I would like to see We Are the Fire on the big screen I can just imagine how awesome the graphics would be. To see the fire magic playing out on the big screen would be so thrilling and captivating.
